Kickfit Class

Our Kickfit class is our signature, high-intensity group workout. It consists of kickboxing drills and techniques combined with functional training exercises which are carried out using a variety of equipment. This class offers a full-body workout with benefits including significant calorie burning and weight loss and it increases cardiovascular and muscular endurance, strength, and conditioning.

You will definitely sweat it out! These classes are divided into the following:

a) Kickfit Kids (Ages 3-5)
b) Kickfit Kids (Ages 5-13)
c) Kickfit Adults (ages 14+)

Note. All participants are required to bring wraps and boxing gloves. If they do not have, we are happy to sell the required items!

Kickboxing Class

Our kickboxing class consists of engaging in exercises and as learning appropriate strategies. In this class we teach a mix of martial arts including boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing, and Taekwondo. Participants are taught to punch, kick and block, while improving their cardiovascular endurance and muscular resistance. We are happy to teach the basics and help you attain your goals. Benefits from this class include a boost in confidence, knowledge of self-defence, improved coordination, increase in energy, weight loss, and reduced stress.

These classes are divided into the following:

a) Kickfit Kids (5-13)
b) Kickfit Adults (14+)

Note. All participants are required to bring wraps and boxing gloves. If they do not have, we are happy to sell the required items!

Fitness Class

Our fitness class consists of a mix of functional training, core workout, strengthening, circuit training, conditioning, resistance training, muscular endurance, plyometrics, weight training, aerobics, balance, and flexibility. Benefits from attending these classes include improved quality of life, better posture and balance, stronger muscles, positive mood and affect, better self-esteem, and increased energy.

These classes are divided into the following, and are tailored the group’s needs.

a) Female Fitness (Ages 14+)
b) All Gender Fitness (Ages 14+)
c) Kids Fitness (Ages 5-13)

Taekwondo Kids Class

Our Taekwondo class offers instruction in self-defence and proper technique. We teach children proper kicking and footwork, prepare them for combat, and have them practice sparring. We offer opportunities to participate in competitions and in addition to instruction, we teach discipline, respect, and perseverance.

Note. All children are required to attend class with complete equipment set (Taekwondo suit and belt, shin guards, arm guards, chest guard, head guard, groin guard, mouthpiece, gloves). If they do not have, we are happy to sell you the required items!

Flexibility class

Our flexibility class utilizes long and deep stretching exercises to increase muscle elasticity. We engage in individual and partner stretching exercises. These classes help with injury prevention and recovery, muscle coordination, posture, sports performance, range of motion, balance, posture, and mental health. All ages welcome.
